Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support during the shift;
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues;
  • Assist users in setting up and configuring computer systems and applications;
  • Monitor system performance, network security, and backup processes;
  • Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's data and systems;
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT emergencies during the shift.

Requirements

  • Proven 1 year experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques;
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications;
  • Ability to work for night shift;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team;
  • Knowledge of English language.

Working schedule

This work consists of one night shift – 22:00 to 9:00 and following two non-working days;
